What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in USD.
What airport should I fly into?
The main airport in Bali is Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport, also known as Denpasar International Airport (DPS).
Do I need a visa?
Visa requirements vary by country of citizenship. If you are a United States citizen, you will need to obtain either an e-VOA (electronic visa on arrival) or a VOA (visa on arrival). Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months of your date of entry.
Can I join solo?
Absolutely, in fact many of our guests join solo! This is an opportunity to join an inclusive global community of pole dancers.
What is the accommodation like?
We’ll be staying in a private luxury villa reserved exclusively for our group. Expect beautiful open-air shared spaces with a private pool and a tropical oasis feel. Price is for a shared king bed or a single bed. Note, there are very limited single beds.
What studio will the workshops take place?
All workshops will be held at the world famous Robean Pole Studio, a hidden gem nestled in the jungle. Imagine training in a tropical paradise, surrounded by lush greenery.
Do I need pole experience to join?
The trip as a whole, does not require a specific level of experience. Though, the workshops are designed for intermediate level pole dancers & up and are not suited for absolute beginners.
Will there be any free time?
Yes, there will be time allocated for rest or exploration.
What is Gili T?
Gili Trawangan (Gili T) is a small laid back tropical island, known for crystal clear waters, white sand beaches, and lively nightlife. Cars are not allowed on the island. Transportation is by foot, bicycle or horse drawn cart. Gili T is accessible from Bali via fastboat, taking around 2.5 hrs. Gili T is less developed than Bali and wifi can be spotty.
Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is highly recommend to protect you during unforeseen circumstances.
What are the payment details?
A $533 nonrefundable/nontransferable deposit reserves your spot. The remaining balance can be paid in full, split into two larger payments, or split into equal monthly payments. All final balances must be paid in full by February 14, 2026.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance. You may transfer your balance to a future polenomads event, less your deposit, up to 90 days prior to the event. After 90 days, no transer of funds will be granted.
