Do I need pole experience to join?
Some pole experience is recommended. All levels are welcome.
Is accommodation included & where should I stay?
Accommodation is not included. It is highly recommended that you book your stay at the Paris Hotel on the Las Vegas strip to keep the group together and have easy access to included actives. You are encouraged to coordinate travel plans, accommodation and roommates with other camp attendees via the group chat.
Are meals included?
Meals are not included, with the exception of the luxury farewell dinner. There are many restaurants conveniently located in the Paris hotel.
Is transportation included?
Transportation is not included. You are encouraged to connect with the group via the chat and carpool using uber, Lyft or any other preferred means.
When do I need to arrive by?
Activities will start the morning of Thursday October 1, 2026. It is recommended to arrive the day prior to settle in.
Will there be pole sharing?
Yes, there may be pole sharing with a maximum of two to each pole.
What airport should I fly into?
Harry Reid International Airport (LAS)
Can I join solo?
Certainly! In fact, many polenomads attendees join solo! Join solo or with a pal and become part of a global community.
How do I gain access to the private group chat?
The polenomads team will add registered attendees to the group chat given the information you provide on your registration form.
Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect you during unforeseen circumstances.
What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in USD.
What are the payment details?
A $533 nonrefundable and nontransferable deposit reserves your spot. You will have the choice to pay the remaining balance in full, split into two larger reoccurring payments, or split into equal monthly reoccurring payments. All final balances must be paid in full by July 1, 2026. All payments will be collected via quickbooks allowing you the option to use credit, debit, bank transfer, apple pay, PayPal or Venmo.
What is the refund policy?
Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Your remaining balance is nonrefundable, but you may transfer the remaining balance, less the deposit, to a future polenomads event up to 90 days prior to the event. 90 days or less from the event, no transfer of funds will be granted.
