What studio will the workshops take place?
All workshops will be held at Pole Factory – Milwaukee. The address is 117 W Walker St. Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53204.
Will there be pole sharing?
Yes, there will be pole sharing with a maximum of two to each pole. Consider this an opportunity to connect with your pole mates and allow for necessary breaks during the intensive.
Do I need pole experience to join?
Yes, this is an intensive pole training camp and does require pole experience. It is not suited for beginners. The camp consists of two levels: intermediate and advanced. If you need assistance with determining the level best suited for you, please email polenomads@gmail.com.
What airport should I fly into?
Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport (MKE)
Can I join solo?
Certainly! Whether you join solo or with a pal, you will be added to a pre-camp group chat created exclusively for camp attendees. You will have the option to begin connecting with other camp attendees right away.
How do I gain access to the pre-camp group chat?
Place your deposit to secure your spot and fill out the registration form. The polenomads team will add you to the group chat given the information you provide on your registration form.
Is accommodation included?
Accommodation is not included. You are encouraged to coordinate travel plans and accommodation with other camp attendees via the group chat. There are lots of Airbnbs and hotels in the area.
Is transportation included?
Transportation is not included. You are encouraged to coordinate ride sharing with other attendees via the group chat.
Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect you during unforeseen circumstances.
What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in USD.
What are the payment details?
A $450 nonrefundable and nontransferable deposit reserves your spot. You will have the choice to pay the remaining balance of $1200 in full, split into two larger reoccurring payments, or split into equal monthly reoccuring payments. All final balances must be paid in full by March 26, 2026. All payments will be collected via quickbooks allowing you the option to use credit, debit, bank transfer, apple pay, PayPal or Venmo.
What is the refund policy?
Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Your remaining balance is nonrefundable, but you may transfer the remaining balance, less the deposit, to a future polenomads event up to 90 days prior to the event. 90 days or less from the event, no transfer of funds will be granted.
