What currency are the prices in?
All prices are in USD.
What airport should I fly into?
Bangkok has two international airports: Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) and Don Mueang Airport (DMK).
Do I need a visa?
Visa requirements vary by nationality. Be sure to check official details for your nationality. Many nationalities, including US citizens, qualify for a visa exemption and can enter Thailand for tourism without a visa for up to 60 days. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months from your date of entry.
Can I join solo?
Absolutely, in fact many of our guests join solo! This is an opportunity to join an inclusive global community of pole dancers.
What is the accommodation like?
We will be staying in Bangkok’s historic Old Town known for the traditional culture, street food and walkable streets. Step into a true authentic experience.
Booking is per person for double occupancy – option to upgrade to a private room.
Do I need pole experience to join?
The pole workshops are designed for intermediate level pole dancers & up. Please note we will be doing a lot of walking during our excursions around Bangkok.
Will there be any free time?
We will have daily group activities, but there will be some time allocated for rest or exploration.
Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is highly recommend to protect you during unforeseen circumstances.
Are meals included?
A welcome Tuk Tuk food tour and a farewell dinner cruise is included. All other meals are not included.
What is not included?
flights, airport pick up and drop off, visas, travel insurance, most meals, tips and anything else not listed under the inclusions
What are the payment details?
A $533 nonrefundable/nontransferable deposit reserves your spot. The remaining balance can be paid in full, split into two larger payments, or split into equal monthly payments. All final balances must be paid in full by September 10, 2026.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance. You may transfer your balance to a future polenomads event, less your deposit, up to 90 days prior to the event. After 90 days, no transer of funds will be granted.
