What airport should I fly into?

Do I need a visa?
Visa requirements vary by nationality. Be sure to check official details for your nationality. United States citizens do need a visa for entry and can apply for an e-visa online. It is recommended to apply 4-8 weeks before travel. Ensure your passport is valid for at least six months of your date of entry.
Can I join solo?
Absolutely, in fact many of our attendees join solo! This is an opportunity to join an inclusive global community of pole dancers who love to travel!
What is the accommodation like?
We will be staying in a boutique hotel in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh. The hotel only has 20 rooms in total with a small rooftop pool overlooking the city. Booking is for a private room with a city view, including daily breakfast. If you’d prefer to room with someone, let us know! This area is walkable with some restaurants and shopping nearby.
Do I need pole experience to join?
All levels welcome
Will there be any free time?
We will have daily group activities, but there will be some time allocated for rest or exploration, including some meal times.
What is not included?
Travel insurance, visas, airfare, transportation to/from the airport, some meals, tips and anything else not listed in the inclusions section.
Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is highly recommend to protect you during unforeseen circumstances.
What are the payment details?
A $533 nonrefundable/nontransferable deposit reserves your spot. The remaining balance can be paid in full, split into two larger payments, or split into equal monthly payments. All final balances must be paid in full by December 8th, 2026.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstance. You may transfer your balance to a future polenomads event, less your deposit, up to 90 days prior to the event. After 90 days, no transer of funds will be granted.
